Desde la dieta cetog\u00e9nica (keto) hasta las dietas basadas en jugos detox, estas tendencias generan un enorme inter\u00e9s masivo. Sin embargo, es fundamental analizar con criterio cient\u00edfico si realmente funcionan o si, por el contrario, representan un riesgo serio para la salud a largo plazo. An\u00e1lisis de las tendencias m\u00e1s conocidas y sus riesgos: Dieta cetog\u00e9nica (keto): Consiste en reducir dr\u00e1sticamente los carbohidratos y aumentar el consumo de grasas para inducir al cuerpo en estado de cetosis, quemando grasa como fuente principal de energ\u00eda. Si bien ofrece una p\u00e9rdida de peso r\u00e1pida al inicio, sus riesgos incluyen d\u00e9ficit severo de fibra, estre\u00f1imiento, mareos, deshidrataci\u00f3n y deficiencias de vitaminas. No es recomendable sin una estricta supervisi\u00f3n m\u00e9dica. Dietas detox o de jugos: Prometen &quot;limpiar&quot; el organismo mediante ayunos prolongados o el consumo exclusivo de jugos de frutas y verduras. La realidad cient\u00edfica es que el cuerpo ya posee sus propios sistemas naturales de desintoxicaci\u00f3n (h\u00edgado y ri\u00f1ones). Estas dietas conllevan p\u00e9rdida de masa muscular, desequilibrio electrol\u00edtico y un inminente efecto rebote perjudicial. Dieta paleo: Se basa en emular la alimentaci\u00f3n de los humanos prehist\u00f3ricos, priorizando carnes magras, pescado, frutas y frutos secos, mientras elimina por completo l\u00e1cteos, legumbres y granos. Aunque reduce dr\u00e1sticamente los ultraprocesados, puede generar deficiencias cr\u00f3nicas de calcio y fibra, adem\u00e1s de resultar sumamente dif\u00edcil de mantener a largo plazo. Dietas bajas en carbohidratos de forma extrema: Reducen al m\u00ednimo el pan, arroz, pasta y cereales. Aunque controlan el az\u00facar en la sangre de forma temporal, su restricci\u00f3n extrema suele provocar fatiga cr\u00f3nica, irritabilidad, estre\u00f1imiento severo y deficiencias notorias en las vitaminas del complejo B, afectando directamente el rendimiento f\u00edsico y mental.
